Cats and Dogs—a live action comedy—can be enjoyed by the whole family. The story revolves around a power hungry cat, Mr. Tinkles (voiced by Sean Hayes), whose goal is to make all humans allergic to dogs. The dogs catch on to the scheme and work to foil the dastardly plot through great undercover agent work.
