THE ROCK (Theatrical Release USA 1996)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 4.0|5.0 Stars ìììì

The Rock
—a straight forward action thriller—bases its entertainment strength on the casting selections of Sean Connery and Nicholas Cage. Their acting skills make up for the rest of the cast who, at times, seem a little ‘stiff’ with their parts. Parts of this movie seem almost ‘silly’ or nonsensical. The film contains some sexual content.
