THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN (Theatrical Release USA 1974)

The
 Man With the Golden Gun—
Roger Moore’s second James Bond film—performs at a slightly higher level than Moore’s first attempt as James Bond, but it’s obvious that he is still working out his interpretation of James Bond. Watch for the statue of Roger Moore as James Bond in the mirror room scene. Another terrific scene is the exotic location of Scaramanga’s home. Some comedy reigns with another inclusion of Sheriff J.W. Pepper (Clifton James) in scenes that show him off duty and vacationing.
