THE PERFECT WEAPON (Theatrical Release USA 1991)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 2.8|5.0 Starsìì

The Perfect Weapon
fails due to poor special effects, average script, and less than average acting. Director Mark DiSalle does not pull this film out of the gutter.
