POKÉMON THE MOVIE: I CHOOSE YOU * (Theatrical Release USA 2017)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.8|5.0 Starsììì

Pokémon The Movie: I Choose You
works for a child audience due to the lack of story development and its catering to ‘flash and dash’ for its entertainment value. If the audience is not familiar with the Pokémon stories, read a plotline before watching to maximize understanding. This is not one of the best films on the market for Pokémon fans, but it does tell how Ash got started and how Pikachu becomes his Pokémon.
