Dragons: Dawn of the Dragon Racer—short film—has no conclusion which basically ruins the story. Otherwise, it has a good story for the younger audience with good portrayal and good voicing effects.

? Yes? No? Maybe?

Maybe. This short film needs more run time to work and the beginning transition flashback scene is so subtle that it could be easily missed. If one misses that beginning transition, the concluding scenes cause confusion.
