Step Up—great dance flick—has a strong underlying story that makes it work on several levels. Introducing the dancing skills of Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan supplies the necessary element of surprise, as we usually do not think of them as dancers, and the musical score supports their skill with finesse. This is a fun, interesting watch.
