 Ben Meyers’ rating: 4.4|5.0 Starsìììì

Best of the Best—one of the better Tae Kwon Do films—features Eric Roberts and Chris Penn. The simple storyline has been well-written and portrayed. Watch for an exceptionally strong acting role as played by James Earl Jones. The movie has high human appeal and earns its watch.
