MADAGASCAR: ESCAPE 2 AFRICA (Theatrical Release USA 2008)

 Ben Meyers’ rating: 4.3|5.0 Starsìììì

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa—an animated sequel film that serves entertainment satisfaction nearly as good as its prequel—relies on charismatic characters and witty dialogue to entertain. This is a terrific child/adult share as it manages to bridge both age groups to entertain. It holds its animation quality despite its age. There are some suggestive scenes, but the film, at large, is a clean watch. Listen for the voice of Bernie Mac as the character of Alex’s Father, Zuba.
