COFFEE DEFENDERS: A PATH FROM COCA TO COFFEE (Internet Release USA 2020)

Coffee Defenders: from Coca to Coffee—short documentary film—renders a small history of Columbia’s plantation owners’ challenges. In a few minutes it works to detail about fifty years of war, growing coca, and growing coffee while mainly concentrating on the story of one woman’s empowerment to run her own plantation. At best, the film ends with a superficial covering of its material.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?

Maybe. The advantages of watching is that it takes little time to watch, and does show a bit of Columbian country.
