ELEKTRA (Theatrical Release USA 2005)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.0|5.0 Starsììì

Elektra—at best gives audiences a good opportunity to see Jennifer Garner play a superhero—fails to provide enough backstory for non-Elektra fans to understand what is going on in the movie. Too many why questions raise throughout the film and deny its audience a satisfying entertainment piece. Too many questions and not enough answers overshadow the overall experience.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?

Maybe. If one is a Jennifer Garner fan, there is plenty to see onscreen. A better piece of entertainment is Daredevil.
