COLLATERAL (Theatrical Release USA 2004)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 4.9|5.0 Stars ìììì

Collateral is another Director Michael Mann masterpiece. Mann masterfully times each of his film’s scenes with eye-popping, eye-opening action that definitely keeps his audience at the edge of their seats. Casting creates a charismatic symphony with the choice of Tom Cruise, Jamie Foxx and Jada Pinkett Smith for this film’s lead roles. The script details one night in the life of a taxi cab driver (Jamie Foxx) who is co-opted to drive a hit man (Tom Cruise) around for an evening as he attempts to take out seven out of seven targets. Collateral is a thrill ride all the way.
