INDEPENDENCE DAY: RESURGENCE (Theatrical Release USA 2016)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.7|5.0 Starsììì

Independence Day: Resurgence
, unfortunately, does not retain or exceed the entertainment value of the first Independence Day film. This is partly due to a periodic disengagement of the actors who sometimes seem to be on autopilot as if they know their dialogue so well that they are not fully engaged in their acting and a loss of quality in the special effects. The script did not reprise Will Smith.
