Tommy Boy—a good comedy in the class of Laurel and Hardy and The Three Stooges—delivers mature comedy for the adult/older teen audience. From its beginning to its end, it’s classic Farley. Add David Spade, Brian Dennehy, Rob Lowe, and Dan Aykroyd to the mix and there’s laughter just waiting to be emitted.

Storyline

Tommy Callahan’s (Chris Farley) father, Big Tom ( Brian Dennehy), owner of Callahan Auto, dies from a heart attack and it is up to Tommy to save his father’s company.

Yes. The comedy is good. Chris Farley delivers and David Spade just sits back and follows Farley’s lead. It’s a good film for the adult and older teen share.

The Emperor’s New Groove—excellent, clean, wholesome, animated family movie—creates a ‘no foul found here’ entertainment experience. Well scripted and well voiced, it allows gentle realization that decisions are best made when thinking of the impact on others.

Storyline

Emperor Kuzco (voice of David Spade) wants to build a water park for his eighteenth birthday atop a mountain that houses impoverished llama herder, Pacha (voice of John Goodman). Emperor Kuzco, transformed into a llama, learns a few things about loyalty and friendship while Pacha learns patience and forgiveness for persons outside his cultural group in a comical romp that is quite satisfying from start to finish.
