Paddington in Peru—family friendly—makes a great sequel to the first two Paddington Bear movies. The movie is full of good will and lovability. It is sweet from beginning to
end.

Yes. The movie runs on good values and has love written into every line. It is a good addition to the family home video library. WOW! Bravo! A quality, family watch.
Nicholas Nickleby, a story revisited by both British and American studios since 1903,need not bow its head
in shame to any of its multiple predecessors. The filmrelies on the excellence
of Christopher Plummer, Jim Broadbent, Nathan Lane, Jamie Bell, Anne Hathaway, Timothy
Spall, and Alan Cummings to portray its story. Kudos to Director Douglas McGrath
for another outstandingly directed film. Everything works in this Charles
Dickens’ classic.

The storyline does not lose on the kindness level and runs on a perfectly
executed script. Bravo to all involved in the film’s release.
Robots—original and fun—is a super terrific film to watch to catch its many,
many references to famous movies, television ads, and dialogue lines one of
which is James Bond’s line, “Shaken, Not Stirred.” The animation is terrific
and the movie uses recognizable voicing that also increases its likability
factor. The movie does get a little sleepy as it winds down to its conclusion
but it maintains its watch-ability status. Listen for Robin Williams’ voice as
the character, Fender. Wow! What a treat. This movie is great for the
Child/Adult share.

Yes. The wind down (conclusion) is not unwatchable
but is not up to par and needs improvement. Overall, the movie is a wonderful film and serves as a great child/adult share movie. It’s fresh, creative, and got great presentation.
The Legend of Tarzan—fun and almost exciting at times—did well in its
casting of Alexander Skarsgȁrd for the part of Tarzan. It is good to see Samuel L. Jackson as part of
this cast. Surprisingly, in a much overly done story, this remake turns into a
fairly good watch that adds more depth to the original films about Tarzan.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe—magical and intriguing movie for the family audience—is
easily worthwatching for its storyline and great presentation…simple
for children yet complicated enough to serve the adult audience…the voiceovers
are well-done…worth an addition to the family home video library. Has a
satisfying conclusion. Well-written…the animation for the early 2000s still
stands as quality work that involves much talent.

The Young Victoria—priceless—doesn’t
play down the difficulties of ruling and good leadership. It’s a marvelous ode
to the necessity of strength of character, knowledge, political finesse, and able/honest
advisors. While the acting sometimes seems a bit bland and weak, the film overall makes a good entertainment piece.
