COACH CARTER (Theatrical Release USA 2005)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 4.5|5.0 Starsìììì

Coach Carter
—outstanding sports film—accesses the talents of Samuel L. Jackson to give an ample look from a sport coach’s point of view when faced with the need to balance academic needs with playing winning games for the school. This true-story-based film shows heart and deep care for the future of young men who play professional sports. It compares well to another good sports film Draft Day. Good work for Director Thomas Carter.
