JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 2 (Released to Theaters USA 2017)
Ben
Meyers’ Rating: 4.0|5.0 Starsìììì
John Wick: Chapter 2—good storyline—seems to have lowered the fight
scenes and the rest of the film to a slower frames per second presentation, not enough to present those
scenes in slow motion for effect, but slightly. That contributes to a feeling
of sterility/not well portrayed for the film in general. That, in turn, makes
the film a bit unrealistic and contributes to a general feeling that
presentation lacks something. The first John Wick ‘feels’ like a good action
flick but John Wick: Chapter 2 does not consistently give that same feeling. The
writing is good and the dialogue well-written. The movie is still worth
watching and earns that coveted recommendation to ‘do not’ pass over it. It’s a
good watch.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe?
Yes. This is a good film, but the feel of
the portrayal is sterile and not as realistic as desired.
