MYSTERY IN YELLOWSTONE (Released World-Wide 2015)

Ben Meyers’ Rating: 3.8|5.0 Starsììì

Mystery in Yellowstone—short film—creates the impression that it will be an environmental message movie in its first 10 minutes. Stay with it because it ends as a very educational piece that is worth watching as biologists endeavor to solve aging, declining elk populations only to find the beginning of that decline began over a hundred years ago in the oddest of places. The film is a little slow but paces well. The interviews are not as strong as they could be. The last 20 to 30 minutes solve the mystery. This information could be presented as a quick read in the Smithsonian Magazine rather than a film production.

Maybe. This movie does do a good job of showing how everything in our world links to affect everything else.
