THE GREAT MOUSE DETECTIVE (Theatrical Release USA 1986)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.6|5.0 Starsììì

The Great Mouse Detective—
a heartfelt, simple adventure—bases its story on a mouse who makes toys. This film uses two well-known animation direction experts, Ron Clements and John Musker, to organize the story from Basil of Baker Street by Eve Titus and Paul Galdone. The animated feature stands among the better family entertainment films and is a good choice for the child and adult.
