xXx: Return of Xander Cage—best in the series—presents a Bravo!, WOW! piece of entertainment. The movie lives up to its trailers and its advertising. One expects it to be good, but not this good. Director D.J. Caruso shoots the film over the top with well-timed action scenes, special effects, and just the correct nuance that makes the film fun to watch.
