Those Who Wish Me Dead—Angelina Jolie and Jon Bernthal—hits hard and fast as it combines an out-of-control forest fire with military-skilled assassins as they pursue specifically targeted families. The script is very realistically portrayed on screen. It is a top-of-the-line thriller/drama that completely earns its watch. Be aware that this film is violent, fast, and efficient in telling the story.

absence of order, law, and adherence to goodness in this story. How did this
story make it to the big screen? Who is Dark Phoenix? Maybe the better question
is: who and what exactly are the X-Men? Superheroes or supervillains? It seems
they are more about death than life. This
film lacks a cohesive storyline to the other films that an audience can relate to.

No. It is what it is. The movie runs
on an exceptionally dark theme that defies reason. It’s a movie that does not
leave an audience with a good feeling or feeling good about what they just saw.
X-Men: Apocalypse supersedes the quality of the previous superhero
movie X-Men: Days of Future Past in writing, portrayal, and general cohesiveness
of storyline. It’s a treat
to see James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, and the rest of the cast who play the younger
crew of X-Men. They do very well and do not disappoint the story which compares
very well with X-Men: First Class as a good sequel. This film is not flat and entertains
the superhero movie fan very well.

The Tolkien biopic runs slowly and dramatizes
itself into dullness. Perhaps because Tolkien’s stories (the Hobbit series and
the Lord of the Rings series) are so wonderfully flavored in imagination,
audiences may expect this biopic to be over-the-top and it should have been, as
his life story, after he and his brother are left orphans, is a miracle of one
very fortunate break followed by another. The movie runs more as a light
overview and does not seem to plumb the depths of Tolkien’s character and
personality. An audience may want so much more, but this movie will not give
that satisfied sigh of being sated. This movie is a story that not many can
relate to well. It seems to have no soul.
