A CASTLE FOR CHRISTMAS (Theatrical Release World-Wide 2021)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.7|5.0 Starsììì

A Castle for Christmas—Brooke Shields and Cary Elwes—serves okay entertainment, presents nothing new, and seems bland throughout. It is crowded out by other holiday films such as The Christmas Chronicles, Director Ron Howard‘s  How the Grinch Stole Christmas,  Illumination Studios’ The Grinch or A Christmas Story, Home Alone, It’s a Wonderful Life. These movies have more entertainment value than this film.

? Yes? No? Maybe?

Maybe. This is a light romantic movie suitable for an afternoon, adult watch. It’s a simple watch; not much new here.
