HAPPY FEET (Theatrical Release USA 2006)

Happy Feet—
pure, musical genius—freshens the animation entertainment world with terrific songs, dancing, and sweetness of storyline that is hard to beat on every level. George Miller surprises with his wide range diversity. While this film is 180 degrees south of his film Mad Max, there is nothing lacking here. It is perfectly timed and well orchestrated.

Memphis (voice of Hugh Jackman), an Emperor Penguin wins his girl, Norma Jean, by singing like Elvis Presley. They produce an egg and Norma Jean leaves Memphis with their egg to keep it warm while she goes fishing for food. Memphis accidentally drops his egg and on the morning that the eggs hatch, finds his penguin is a little different than all the others.
