PERCY JACKSON: SEA OF MONSTERS (Theatrical Release USA 2013)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.7|5.0 Starsììì

Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters
—better special effects than its prequel—runs on an average storyline and cinematography. Both Logan Lerman and Brandon T. Jackson reprise their roles as Percy Jackson and Grover the Faun respectively. Pierce Brosnan does not reprise his role as Chiron. That role goes to Anthony Head  who lends a more professor-like or intellectual twist to the Chiron character which is more appropriate to the age-old concept of Chiron, a wise centaur. This movie seems written for the teen audience.
