A CHORUS LINE (Theatrical Release USA 1985)

 Ben Meyers’ rating: 4.2|5.0 Starsìììì

A Chorus Line—WOW! What a story!—educates and entertains. The movie Every Little Step tries to revive this storyline, but does not even begin to compare to the strength of this film. Listen for great singing and watch terrific dancing. The film can perform at the ‘edgy’ in some scenes…but heart and realism present bold faces as personal lives of dancers reveal themselves one by one. One of Michael Douglas’ outstanding performances. Watch for the strength of Alyson Reed and the excellent performance of Terrence Mann.
