THE PIRATES! BAND OF MISFITS (Theatrical Release USA 2012)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 4.1|5.0 Starsìììì

The Pirates! Band of Misfits—cute stop motion animated film—has a good storyline and serves as a simple, children’s entertainment piece even though, at points, it seems a little mature. Besides that, the film has been put together well and almost earns more than one watch. It’s nearly a WOW! watch for the preteen audience. Great work for all involved.

? Yes? No? Maybe?

Yes. The artistry that went into building the stop motion figurines is very well done as the storyline. It is worth its watch.
