The Cutter—a little different take on Biblical excavation stories—makes good use of Chuck Norris’ acting talent. The action scenes are notable and the story has been told well.

Yes. The movie does not perform as a Chuck Norris’ best, but has that distinct Chuck Norris flavor that marks his movies.
