PENGUINS OF MADAGASCAR (Theatrical Release UK 2014)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 3.9|5.0 Stars ììì

Penguins of Madagascar
, the fourth addition to the Madagascar trilogy, plays to the whole family as 92 minutes of fast, witty, and wild-fun action. It plays up the moral values of friendship, love, loyalty and does not discriminate against the ‘odd man out,’ the ugly duckling. It's a good watch for the child and adult alike.

Storyline

This story begins with the three penguins, Skipper (voice of Tom McGrath), Kowalski (voice of Chris Miller), and Rico (voice of Conrad Vernon) as babies who want to break out of the ‘system’. They see an egg rolling past them; they try to save it; they ‘somewhat’ save it until Skipper accidentally whacks it and it breaks open to reveal the fourth member of the gang which they name Private (voice of Christopher Knights). Ten years later, on Private’s birthday, they break into Fort Knox to get a small bag of Cheese Dipples for Private and the show is off and running.
