The Extraordinary Tale of William Buckley: The Great Untold Story of Australia’s Robinson Crusoe—short documentary—tells how Melbourne, Australia got started in the early 1800s. The story runs into incredible as it examines 30 years of William Buckley’s life as a prisoner deported to Australia who escapes prison life and lives in the bush. The authentic performances, the excellent camera work, and the well-outlined story mark this documentary as well worth watching.
