Drifting Home starts well and soon becomes complicated in its storyline to the point
of un-intelligibleness. This anime becomes, not only incomprehensible, but
highly confusing even to a western audience who enjoys anime. The movie leaves its audience hanging at its
conclusion with no idea about its purpose and message. The voiceovers are not
done well…the recording is poor…but the subtitles are good. The animation is
great.
