The Mist—odd concept—plays on a creature feature theme without really touching horror except at the most elemental level. It’s an okay watch, not an outstanding watch.

A mist terrorizes a small rural town.

Buy a ticket? Yes? No? Maybe? 

Yes. While not an outstanding horror movie, it is a look at Stephen King’s novel and serves Stephen King fans.
