Walter—short film—has potential due to well-chosen main character, his personality, the soft animation, and the uncomplicated storyline. But, as with many short films, the interpretation or intent of the film seems unclear.

No. This short film needs expansion to establish meaning and clarity. However, the animation and characterization are quite well done.
