BANG THE DRUM SLOWLY (Theatrical Release USA 1973)

Ben Meyers’ rating: 4.1|5.0 Starsìììì

Bang the Drum Slowly
takes too long to tell about the disease Robert DeNiro’s character has contracted and that detracts from the movie’s story. Read a plotline before going. It’s a fair to middling sports story for sports fans.
